Up for bid is an alternator I have customized for AMC Javelin and other AMC applications to eliminate that old motorola alternator. This unit will bolt right on where the old one was and charge 120 amps, instead of the underpowered 50 amps. It is a one wire hookup which means you only need to run a single wire from the positive side of the battery right to the battery post on the alternator. No need to mess with the old voltage regulator (get rid of it). It has been rebuilt with new rectifier, regulator (self-exciting), bearings, rotor, stator and mounting hardware. This unit can also be built with a tach terminal or dash light function per request. No Reserve!
