You are bidding on a complete unit with genuine BMW OEM parts with a custom wiring harness to retrofit your BMW if it was not originally equipped with cruise control. All parts are included up to wiring interface points in the car. Mounting brackets and throttle cables vary between models so some basic experience is required to install. These parts were removed from junk yard vehicles, wiring harness restored and tested as a complete set in my car before offering for auction. ALL PARTS ARE BMW PARTS. It is compatible with early Z3 models before electronic throttle (approx 1999). Please note there is extra fitting required in the engine bay since the Z3 is not identical to E36 models. Several have been successfully done. This set includes a clutch switch for use with a manual transmission. Brain part number is: 1 387 625 Servo part number is: 1 378 315 The harness is available to work on a right-hand drive or left-hand drive car so it can be used in Australia, Thailand, UK and other right-hand-drive countries. Labels are on wires to indicate which ends get connected to what inputs in the car. The kit was tested in my car as a complete set, shown in the photo. (Not just individual parts tested) Also included is a schematic diagram showing wiring interfacing for the brake wires and speed signal. This is sold as is.
