Running motor taken directly from 1970 Dodge Dart

This is a complete Mopar 318 V8 taken from a 1970 Dodge Dart. I do not know how many miles are on it, do not know for sure that it was the original motor, do not know if/when/how it may have been rebuilt. But this is a complete long block with accessories, air cleaner to oil pan. Was running well before we pulled it. I bought the car in Denver and drove it all the way to California in 3 days and this motor ran well the whole trip. As near as I can tell, it has totally stock internals. It ran well, but is clearly a bit "tired." This would be excellent for a swap and rebuild project. Stroker kits are relatively inexpensive, this motor has solid potential. The only reason I didn't use it is because I found a nice 360 block instead. I had to take the pulleys off of it for another motor, and a couple hoses, but I think that's it. Everything else is there. Includes the following nice components: Finned aluminum valve covers Edelbrock Performer intake Edelbrock carb (not shown, removed it to pull the motor) 14" chrome air cleaner pan/lid (not shown) A working alternator & brackets You can have the original starter if you want it. This motor is located at a machine shop in Santa Rosa, CA. I will not ship it anywhere. Winning bidder comes and picks it up.
